Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all tours and guests.


  • All children 13 years and younger must wear a provided life vest throughout the duration of the tour.
  • All persons must remain inside the boat at all times
  • Our goal is for you to enjoy dolphins in their natural habitat, however it is illegal to feed, harass, and pet dolphins.
  • Adults 21+ years can BYOB responsibly.
  • Unlawful behavior, hate speech, and bullying are prohibited. It is at the captains discretion to determine if trip will be cancelled and guests returned to dock with no refund.


Return and Refund Policy

Our refund policy:

  • Cancellation with 7 days notice will receive a full refund. 
  • Cancellation after 7 days and prior to 48 hours of trip will receive 50% refund. 
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of trip will receive no refund.
  • For non-private trips if the 4 person minimum is not met, customers will receive a full refund, or the opportunity to reschedule for another date.
